Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier and 14-day trial both require no credit card. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the Free tier. You keep access to core modules and your saved configurations - nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "generation"?
Each time you click Generate to produce output files (L5X, CSV, JSON), that counts as one generation - regardless of how many devices or entries are in the batch.
Do you offer annual pricing?

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your PLC files and generated code are isolated to your account. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
